MCPS Financial Building Entrance
We recently transformed the front exterior of the Finance Department’s historic building. With a carefully crafted facelift, we seamlessly blended historical charm with a fresh, modern look. It was a pleasure to breathe new life into this historic space.
Christian Food Pantry
The North Lake Presbyterian Church got an upgrade to their existing Food Pantry building.
The project was a renovation of finishes for the interior building and the addition of a new building. The added space to the building fits 2 coolers, a walk in freezer and an additional bathroom.
The exterior of the building was also remodeled including the parking lot.
Meadowbrook Church Renovations
Step into a renewed atmosphere as we proudly unveil our recent renovation project at Meadowbrook Church. We recently added some new life to their hallways as well as a redesigned breakroom and restrooms.
Heart of Florida-Drive Thru Pharmacy
This location was once a popular Wendy’s that had been closed for a few years. Today its a popular Drive thru Pharmacy for the Heart of Florida in Ocala, FL.
This 2,265 sq. ft. building was demo’ d and remodeled to feature a large but safe environment. The exterior building including the lights and roofing were updated to bring it back to life.
Inside the walls were moved around to feature a big lobby and small hallway for bathrooms and it features an exam room on site. Behind a large glass service window, is another large area with racks and counterspace.
The drive thru window was modified to be used in a safe manner for both patients and the employees.
Two Story Custom Remodel
In this custom home renovation we remodeled both upstairs and downstairs, in addition to the exterior of the home.
The 2700 sq. ft. home got a facelift with wood tile flooring and paint throughout the home. The staircase, kitchen, bathrooms, exterior porches, and laundry room were all remodeled to custom specifications from the owner.
Real Truck/Truck Hero
The old HH Gregg location has been turned into a new unit for the Real Truck of Ocala.
The 29,603 sq. ft. customer service facility features a large area with numerous cubicles for their workstations. The W and E walls feature various rooms that are used as presentation areas for the company.
The building has a large kitchen area with lots of counterspace, with an open industrial style ceiling. We remodeled every area of this building to accommodate over 100 employees.
Mulberry Grove Animal Hospital Addition/Renovation
A 4,840 sq. ft. addition was built on to the existing Mulberry Grove Animal Hospital.
The extra space gave them the opportunity to rework their existing areas to add more exam rooms, an employee break room and numerous office and storage rooms to accommodate the growing business.
We remodeled the existing building as well, giving them new cabinetry, flooring and paint throughout the building.
Heart of Florida
Tallen Builders worked with the members of Heart of Florida and Partin Architecture to complete the construction of their new building, a 30,000 square ft medical facility. This building is being converted from an existing grocery store to house multiple medical offices, training facilities and additional room for future growth.

FL Elks Youth Camp Kitchen Addition
FL Elks Youth Camp has been such a success that they needed to expand their kitchen facility.
We attached an addition of about 3,000 sq ft to the area.
The kitchen area now sits around 5,000 sq ft which opens up much more space for all their needs.
Custom Northpointe Model-Somerset
This particular Northpointe Villas model is the Somerset.
Our clients loved this model house!
We made modifications to some of the interior and exterior areas with custom finishes that will benefit the new homeowners.
R. Private Residence Remodel
We are worked with the homeowners on this project to remodel some interior and exterior areas of their home.
The interior area has new cabinetry, flooring, lighting, new appliances, and more.
The exterior will be getting new siding, railings, shutters and brick work.
Ocala Eye of Dunnellon
Recently we completed a 18,000 sq ft building in the Heathbrook plaza for Ocala Eye.
We broke ground in Dunnellon on their next office location. This location will offer the same expertise that the other locations offer.
This building is just under 3,000 sq ft.

Beacon Point
This 2,593 sq. ft. building was remodeled to be a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility for those in the Marion County Community.
The building got a fresh new look on the inside new MEP’s and finishes.
A front lobby was constructed in addition to a new kitchen, laundry room and group room for meetings.
Real Truck at Heath Brook
As an 18,000 sq ft existing building we went in and put up multiple walls, electrical, and new plumbing to create a beautiful office layout for their Human Resource, Accounting, Web Development, Marketing, and Executive Teams.
The office has pops of their signature yellow and black logo, and comes with a Game Room and Work Cafe for the staff.

Ocala Eye at Heath Brook
Building was existing and we went in and created a medical office unit, equipped with a sales area, exam rooms, and lobby for the clients.

Belleview Police Department Renovation
The old Belleview Police Department needed an uplift and additional room to fit their staff, it now sits at 10,117 sq ft.
We went in and did minor demolition, built up additional walls and ceilings and brought the building back to life with new finishes.

Belleview City Hall Renovation
The City Hall Building was built back in 1928, and was last updated in 1995 but was showing clear signs of its history.
We evaluated what was needed and worked to get things like carpet, air conditioning, interior and exterior paint, and updated lighting to enforce energy savings. We renovated 3,618 sq ft of the 10,000 sq ft building.
A part of history has been restored and all the staff members, and the community are enjoying it.

Katya Vineyards
Located in the beautiful area of Downtown Ocala we worked on this interior remodel for the Katya Vineyards. A little over 1200 sq ft this Wine Bar and Tasting Room is an upscale elegant retail venue to showcase and sell their wine. They also have a small area for business meetings. The Vineyards Tasting Room kept the original ambiance of the Castro Building with the brick arches and dark tile floor similar to the entry way, with a few upgrades of their own.

Beyond Bronze Sun Studio & Spa
In the Colours plaza on hwy 200 we renovated a 3,000 sq ft space to include multiple rooms and a lobby area.
Beyond Bronze, tanning salon is a state of the art natural healing health spa.

Alarion Bank
This 4,000 sq ft building which used to be Alarion Bank is now Renasant Bank, equipped with a lobby area, multiple work stations and executive offices and conference rooms.

Chelsea Plaza Business
We renovated this office after combining 2 office spaces into the one, for a business. We restored the building in its entirety with everything from ceiling to floors, and electrical to plumbing.
First Presbyterian Church Steeple
In 1927 the First Presbyterian Church of Ocala was built in the location you know today, after relocating.
After years of wear and tear the steeple needed an uplift, and we were hired to reconstruct the 95ft steeple.
Being so high in the air this steeple was constructed on the ground and craned to the top, however the area under the steeple had to be reconstructed by hand.
Palm Kia Remodel
Palm Kia of Ocala hired us to remodel an area of their building to serve as a sales office.
The 750 sq. ft. area consisted of new finishes to match the existing building.
Shepherd’s Lighthouse
This project is an exterior and interior renovation that included upgrades to the shelter.
The bell tower and chimney were included in this under 1000 sq. ft. renovation.
Center for the Blind
This new construction build is 4,000 sq. ft.
The building holds office and meeting spaces for rehabilitation, classes and other forms of support for those in the community.
Trilogy Towers
Trilogy is a new gated community for the Ocala, Fl area.
We were brought in to construct the front entry way located off of Hwy 27.
The 1200 sq. ft. welcome center consisted of a circular tower that was a build in itself.
UF Pet Emergency Facility
The University of Florida brought us in to build this 5,000-square-foot facility, located at 3200 SW 27th Ave.
The new clinic will provide basic to advanced emergency care around the clock.
Northcliffe Baptist Church
New construction for the Northcliffe Baptist Church resulted in a 19,000 sq. ft. building.
The two story building consists of a large multi purpose room with a stage; in addition to numerous classrooms, storage and office space throughout.
H. Luxury Residence Renovation
This 3000 sq. ft. home is a historic renovation project we did that was built in 1908.
The home is three stories located on about an acre lot. It has upgrades of appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, lighting and new drywall and paint throughout the home.
Flooring was upgraded in a few rooms and then in other areas the original flooring got stained to bring it back to life.
