H. Luxury Residence

We recently broke ground for the Harlow’s on their forever home.

This 12,000 sq ft two story home has 4 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 3 half baths. The Master Suite has his and her full bathrooms, and full his and her master closets. The kitchen will have black and gold finishes, and includes 2 fireplaces inside.

The exterior of the home features a stone veneer exterior that will accent the infinity edge style pool, it also has an outdoor kitchen area with its own fireplace area.

W. Luxury Residence

An office building was constructed a few years back, and the client asked us to help them build their property.

We came together and worked through their vision of what they were expecting, building a 7,000 sq ft, 2-story home with a breezeway leading to a  3 car garage, with a 1,000 sq ft pool area in addition to their outdoor kitchen.

An 8,000 sq ft, 14 stall horse barn with live in quarters, feed room, tack room with a kitchen area was placed behind the residence.

In addition we built a 3,500 sq ft Equipment Barn to hold all of the things a property of this caliber needs, and a beautiful 17,000 sq ft riding arena that has a viewing platform, and other amenities.

Sandhill Crane Model

The Sandhill Crane model is a 1,800 sq. ft. two bedroom and two and a half bath home with an oversized garage and lanai.

Custom trims and moldings,  14ft walls in the living room, large kitchen space with under cabinet lighting and caeserstone countertops. Other features in the home include a 42″ fireplace, epoxy finished garage floor, and a custom summer kitchen.

The Eagles Landing neighborhood is designed with park-like grounds with single-family villas.

The neighborhood consists of 6 luxury custom homes some are single level and some offer a split plan.

The units range from 1500 sq ft to 2100 sq ft.

The features in these homes are standard for the Golden Ocala community and include tray ceilings, can lights, and granite countertops. These homes also feature balconies that over look a large pond and 2 car garages.

This 6,300 sq. ft. residence is located on a farm property.

It features two floors with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The second floor was staged as a bonus room to add options to the home. The back patio features a large summer kitchen and custom built fireplace.

The home has a spacious first floor plan with tall ceilings and custom moldings and trim throughout. The flooring is a natural stone and granite countertops are throughout the home. The kitchen is a very large layout with all the upgraded features including under cabinet lighting.

The Langdon Model

The Langdon Model is a 3,000 sq. ft. home with a summer kitchen, pool/spa and a firepit.

The home has built in cabinetry for the entertainment area in addition to a large open concept kitchen, with self closing cabinets.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home also features an office in the front of the home and tile that runs through out. Quartz Countertops, custom moldings and trim, and upgraded appliances are some of the finishes.

This home is a little over 4,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, an office and a large covered lanai. The home also features an addition of a suite for additional guests.

Large tile pieces make up the kitchen and living room area as the rest of the flooring transitions through out the home, including stained concrete.

The bathrooms all have their own look one featuring a mirror from ceiling to floor, and another featuring heated flooring with a stand alone tub.
